A Correction

The review of Dr. Ludwig von Bertalanffy's book Organismic Psychology and Systems Theory by Dr. Silvano Arieti in the June issue of the Journal contains an error. The first full sentence on page 1751 should read "According to von Bertalanffy, Pavlov's, Freud's, and Skinner's approaches, although so different, have in common this excessive tendency to see the human psyche as molded by conditioning, operant conditioning, or early experiences originated in the external world."
