THE CORNELL MEDICAL INDEX-HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE VII: THE PREDICTION OF PSYCHOSOMATIC AND PSYCHIATRIC DISABILITIES IN ARMY TRAINING
Abstract
Data were collected with a medical questionnaire, the Cornell Medical Index-Health Questionnaire, from men undergoing preinduction examination. Analyses of these data suggest that the Health Questionnaire is a suitable instrument for identifying many of the men who will later serve inadequately during the first 4 months of army training.
