Case reports of anorexia nervosa and caffeinism

Many patients with anorexia nervosa drink large quantities of beverages containing caffiene--e.g., coffee and diet cola--which have few calories and suppress the appetite while increasing energy. The author describes the clinical aspects of caffeinism in two such patients.
