On page 849 of "Haloperidol Excretion in Human Milk" by Ronald B. Stewart, M.S., Barry Karas, and Philip K. Springer, M.D., in the July 1980 issue, the fourth sentence of the last paragraph should read, ". . . an infant could receive a maximum of 0.0075 mg/day of haloperidol."
