In the September 1935 issue of this Journal on page 495 in a notice of the activities of the Committee for the Study of Sex Variants occurs this statement: "Plans are far advanced for (1) a study of homosexuality as it exists among the members of the U. S. Marine Corps." The Committee for the Study of Sex Variants advises that in the submission of this notice the statement quoted should have read: "Plans are far advanced for (1) a study of homosexuality as it exists among the members of the U. S. Merchant Marine."
