In our September issue, William Horowitz, M.D., who reviewed Prediction of Response to Pharmacotherapy, was incorrectly described as Professor of Clinical Psychiatry, College of Physicians and Surgeons, Columbia University, New York, N. Y. Our reviewer, an internist and psychotherapist, is Clinical Instructor in Medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, New York, N. Y.

In the same issue, Paul Graffagnino, M.D., who reviewed Children and the Death of a President, was incorrectly identified as Chief of Diagnostic Services, Children's Clinic, Institute of Living, Hartford, Conn. Dr. Graffagnino is in fact Director of the Clinic.
