In the October issue in the editorial by Michael B. First, M.D. and Allen Frances, M.D., titled “Issues for DSM-V: Unintended Consequences of Small Changes: The Case of Paraphilias” (Am J Psychiatry 2008; 165:1240–1241) the second paragraph of the affiliations section that begins with “Supported by ...” was incorrectly inserted as a result of an error in the Journal’s editorial offices.
