In the article “Familial Transmission and Heritability of Childhood Disruptive Disorders” by Marina A. Bornovalova, Ph.D., et al. (Am J Psychiatry 2010; 167:1066-1074), the latent variables “EXT-O” and “EXT-P” in Figures 1 and 2 should be shown inside of circles instead of rectangles. Additionally, the text should read “parental” instead of “paternal” in the following locations: in the definition for “EXT-P” in footnote A of Figure 1; in the second row, first column of Table 1; and in footnote A of Table 1. In Table 2, the heading “r” in the third, fifth, and seventh columns is incorrect and should instead read “estimate” to indicate the genetic, shared, or nonshared environmental estimates shown.
