In the May 1981 issue, on page 681 of "Antidepressants and α2-Adrenergic Autoreceptor Desensitization" by Larry J. Siever, M.D., Robert M. Cohen, M.D., and Dennis L. Murphy, M.D., the first sentence of the Method and Results section should read, "We administered clonidine before and after antidepressant treatment in two people. . . . " The first sentence of the Discussion section should read, "This preliminary study . . . is the first data in man supporting the hypothesis that antidepressant treatment involves a subsensitization of presynaptic α2-adrenergic autoreceptors."
