In the reply by Joel Paris, M.D., and Hallie Zweig-Frank, Ph.D., to the letter "Borderline Patients' Perceptions of Their Parents" from Rex William Cowdry, M.D., and Kathleen M. O'Leary, M.S.W. (March 1992 issue, p. 427), there was a typographical error in the number of years in the next-to-last sentence of the second paragraph. The sentence should read as follows: "Our instrument, the Parental Bonding Index, is designed to measure recollections of abnormal parenting over the first 16 years of life."
