Private Practice Feel without the Paperwork
Community Psychiatry is a private organization and was launched a decade ago in Northern California with one primary objective: to improve patient access to psychiatry. Our work environment is about the details of physician support. Our staff provides scheduling, collections, and insurance utilization. The goal is to allow our doctors the time to practice, not to worry about paperwork. Although the focus of our practice is psychopharmacology, many of our psychiatrists incorporate some psychotherapy into their work—either in the half hour sessions or in additional private practice time.
