• Correction - In the October issue in the editorial by Michael B. First, M.D., and Allen Frances, M.D., titled "Issues for DSM-V: Unintended Consequences of Small Changes: The Case of Paraphilias" (Am J Psychiatry 2008; 165:1240-2141) the second paragraph of the affiliations section that begins with "Supported by..." should be deleted. Drs. First and Frances did not receive grant support for their work on this editorial. The version that appears here is as intended.
