Correction

In the first paragraph of "The Wender Utah Rating Scale: An Aid in the Retrospective Diagnosis of Childhood Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder" by Mark F. Ward, M.D., et al. (June 1993 issue, pp. 885-890), the ratings on the Parents' Rating Scale should be "not at all (score=0), just a little (score= 1), pretty much (score= 2), and very much (scorc= 3)."
