CASE OF SUBCLINICAL PELLAGRA—PSYCHOTIC TYPE—TREATED SUCCESSFULLY WITH CORAMINE (NICOTINIC ACID)

1. A case of atypical psychosis is presented.

2. Diagnosis of subclinical type of pellagra—mental type—is made retrospectively after coramine (nicotinic acid) therapy resulted in a dramatic recovery.
