Autoimmune thyroiditis and panic disorder
MB Stein and TW Uhde
Unit on Anxiety and Affective Disorders, NIMH, Bethesda, MD 20892.

was not significantly higher in 38 patients with panic disorder than in 38
matched control subjects. Autoimmune thyroiditis is not commonly associated
with panic disorder but may play a role in some specific clinical
circumstances.
