Pharmacokinetics of desipramine in Caucasian and Asian volunteers

The plasma levels of 20 healthy Asian subjects who received a single dose
of desipramine were compared with those of 20 healthy Caucasian subjects
who received such a dose. The groups differed significantly only in that
Asian subjects had an earlier time of peak serum concentration.
