Psychotic symptoms in borderline personality disorder
HD Chopra and JA Beatson
In a pilot study of 13 patients with borderline personality disorder,
analysis of brief psychotic symptoms was done. Derealization and
depersonalization were the most common symptoms, but drug-free
hallucinations were also observed. The symptoms did not appear to be
factitious.
