Prevalence of clinically significant anxiety in a family practice setting
WW Zung
The Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale was administered to 739 consecutive
patients seen in a family medicine center during a 9-month period. When a
morbidity cutoff score of 50 was used, 20% of the patients were found to
have clinically significant anxiety symptoms.
