Dexamethasone suppression test and clinical outcome in prepubertal depressed children
EB Weller, RA Weller, MA Fristad, ML Cantwell and SH Preskorn
Hospitalized prepubertal depressed children with abnormal dexamethasone
suppression test (DST) results were treated and given repeat DSTs at 6
weeks (N = 21) and 5 months (N = 14). DST results were significantly
correlated with clinical status at 5 months but not at 6 weeks.
