Clonazepam in the treatment of recurrent symptoms of depression and anxiety in a patient with systemic lupus erythematosus

A patient undergoing steroid therapy for systemic lupus erythematosus
developed symptoms of depression and anxiety that did not respond to
conventional drug therapy. A regimen of clonazepam, an anticonvulsant drug,
did relieve the symptoms.
