Treatment for children of volatile psychotic adults in the adult psychiatric setting
R Rosenheck and P Nathan
The authors describe a unique program for the treatment of troubled
children of adult psychiatric patients at a Veterans Administration
hospital. The location of this program within the adult setting greatly
facilitated the successful treatment of these children. The program can
also be a valuable addition to the treatment of adult patients, especially
patients who are chronically ill and emotionally volatile and have been
particularly difficult to treat.
