Meningeal cryptococcosis misdiagnosed as a manic episode
OJ Thienhaus and N Khosla

Meningeal cryptococcosis with normal pressure hydrocephalus was later found
to be the underlying cause. Antifungal treatment resulted in sustained
improvement of all mental functions.
