The entire report was approved by the Assemblyat its Oct. 23-25, 1981, meeting and by the Board of Trusteesat its Dec. 11-12, 1981, meeting. It was prepared by the TaskForce on Community Mental Health Programs of the Council onPsychiatric Services.
