In "Religiousness, Conversion, and Subjective Well-Being: The `Healthy-Minded' Religion of Modern American Women" by Phillip Shaver, Ph.D., Michael Lenauer, M.A., and Susan Sadd, Ph.D., in the December 1980 issue, there were three errors. The last sentence of the précis should read, "Converts were distinguished from nonconverts by the former's relatively unhappy and less religious childhood. . . ." On page 1564, the last sentence of the first paragraph should read, "Berger favors the third, inductive, option. . . ." On page 1568, the first sentence of the first paragraph should read, "In terms of Berger's typology (2), converts (compared with nonconverts). . . ." The staff regrets these errors.
