Model Law on Confidentiality of Health and Social Service Records

This document was approved by the Board of Trustees at its September 1977 meeting and by the Assembly Executive Committee at its February 1978 meeting. It was prepared by the Task Force on Confidentiality of Children's and Adolescents' Clinical Records1 and the Committee on Confidentiality.2
