DANA L. FARNSWORTH M.D.1

1 Henry K. Oliver Professor of Hygiene, Emeritus, Harvard University, and Consultant on Psychiatry, Harvard School of Public Health, 677 Huntington Ave., Boston, Mass. 02115

The author describes some of the changes that have come about in the attitudes and behavior of young adults over the past two decades, giving his opinions of the causes for their concern and their methods of expressing it. He particularly emphasizes the need for young adults and their elders to work together toward the solution of the problems of a society in which personal integrity has declined to an alarming extent.
