BERNARD BANDLER M.D.1

1 Acting associate director, Division of Manpower and Training, and acting chief, Psychiatry Training Branch, National Institute of Mental Health, 5454 Wisconsin Ave., Chevy Chase, Md. 20015

The author describes some of the new directions now being taken in the training of psychiatrists and points out the problems they present to thorough education.
