PROPOSITIONS

As was noted earlier, this final portion of the December 1968 Council Planning Conference material summarizes some of the issues and viewpoints that arose, regardless of whether there was general consensus about them. The complete conference proceedings were reviewed in order to identify such points and set them forth. It is hoped that the membership may find this a useful guide to its own deliberations, particularly at the district branch level, about the stance the Association should assume on a variety of important and pressing problems.
