SMALL GROUP DISCUSSIONS
Time was allotted during the conference for all participants to meet in small groups to discuss the position papers and keynote addresses. Each group appointed a recorder, who prepared a summary of his group's deliberations. A brief synopsis of the reports on the four major topics is presented below.
