WILFRED BLOOMBERG M.D.1, and MYRON JOHN ROCKMORE M.A.2

1 Comissioner, Connecticut State Department of Mental Health, 79 Elm Street, Hartford, Conn., 06115
2 Director, Connecticut State Department of Mental Health, 79 Elm Street, Hartford, Conn., 06115

The Interstate Compact on Mental Health, formed in 1955, now has 35 states as members.
