EST FOLLOWING A SELF-INFLICTED SKULL AND DURAL LESION
JULIAN W. SELIG JR. M.D.1
1 Suite 408, Medical Tower, Norfolk, Va.
A case is reported in which EST is successfully given in spite of a recent head wound resulting in absence of a small portion of the skull in the frontal lesion, laceration of the dura, but no actual brain tissue damage.
It is urged that successful treatments along with physical complications be reported. However, this is not to say that EST should be given indiscriminately. Also, non-successful treatments should be reported.
