IMIPRAMINE IN ENURESIS
ALFRED L. ABRAMS M.D.
A group of 13 enuretic children was studied in an attempt to specify an antienuretic effect to imipramine. Organic disease was ruled out and safeguards were established for prompt recognition of drug reactions. A double-blind study was made, with children under 12 receiving 25 mg., and those over 12 50 mg. of imipramine nightly. Matching placebo studies were carried out for control. Results were examined clinically and statistically.
