PSYCHOLOGICAL MANIFESTATIONS IN A PATIENT WITH CHRONIC SENSORY DEFICITS

In this patient the symptoms occurring during periods of diminished stimulation appear to parallel those reported during experimentally produced sensory deprivation. However, her subjective feelings of isolation may also contribute to the intensity of her symptoms.
