Abstract

In the letter "Development of Urinary Retention During Treatment With Clozapine and Meclizine" by Mary Ann Adler Cohen, M.D., et al. (April 1994 issue, pp. 619-620), the second sentence in the last paragraph should read, "Enuresis has been described with clozapine treatment (1, 2) and it is likely that this is actually overflow incontinence secondary to urinary retention."
