In "Correlates of Self-Reported and Objectively Determined Exposure to Agent Orange" by Gregory P. Korgeski, Ph.D., and Gloria R. Leon, Ph.D., in the November 1983 issue, the reference given for the Questionnaire on Agent Orange in the last paragraph of the Method section, on page 1444, was incorrect. The correct reference is the unpublished paper "Health Problems Among 535 Vietnam Veterans Potentially Exposed to Toxic Herbicides," presented by S. Stellman and J. Stellman at the 13th annual meeting of the Society for Epidemiological Research, Minneapolis, June 1980. The staff regrets this error.
