Abstract

This statement was approved by the Assembly of District Branches at its October 29-31, 1976, meeting and by the Board of Trustees at its December 10-11, 1976, meeting, upon recommendation of the Council on Professions and Associations. It was prepared by the Task Force on the Right to Treatment.1
