Abstract

An acknowledgement footnote was inadvertently omitted from "Behavior Therapy in Liaison Psychiatry: A Case Report," by George Middlekauff, M.D. (Clinical and Research Reports, February 1977 issue). The footnote reads as follows: "The author wishes to thank Robert Levine, M.D., for his supervision of the case reported." The staff regrets this error.
