(published online October 1, 2008; doi: 10.1176/appi.ajp.2008.08030442), the following sentence should have been included in the second paragraph of the article information footnote: Elizabeth G. Holliday, Ph.D. and Dale R. Nyholt, Ph.D. contributed equally to this study. This change will be made for the article’s appearance in print and for its online posting as part of that issue, replacing the article posted October 1.
