Abstract
In the group of menopausal and post-menopausal depressions studied the beneficial effect of estrogenic hormone was confined to the relief of vasomotor symptoms with associated improvement in feelings of well-being. There was no evidence that the depressive illness as such was influenced specifically or its course shortened.Abstract Teaser
