A Letter to the Editor published in the March issue of the Journal contained an error. The authors of the letter by Andrea Messori, M.D. ("Comparative Effectiveness of Antipsychotic Drugs," Am J Psychiatry 2003; 160:591–592) should have been as follows: F. Vacca, B. Santariasci, S. Trippoli, A. Messori.
