Adjunctive buspirone in benzodiazepine treatment of four patients with panic disorder

Abstract
Four patients with panic disorder whose panic attacks responded to benzodiazepine treatment but who suffered persistent anxiety improved after addition of buspirone. Despite its lack of antipanic effect, buspirone may offer an adjunctive benefit when added to benzodiazepines in panic disorder.Abstract Teaser
