Abstract

Theological or pastoral consultants may aid the work of chaplains and of clinical pastoral education programs and interpret their meaning within the hospital or mental health center. But they may be able to do more than that: bring new dimensions to case conferences, help in the human side of administration, and promote better public relations in the community.
