Abstract
The authors describe a psychiatric educational program in which residents would work together as a self-education "corporation." Faculty members would serve as advisory and teaching consultants to provide individualized education that is consistent with the emerging track system of medical education. The residents' involvement in creating and administering their own educational program would provide training in the principles of education and administration that are compatible with the evolving role of the psychiatrist as educator and administrator.Abstract Teaser
