Abstract
This discussion of T-groups focuses on questions of ecology, selection, leadership, and ethics. The authors identify four groups of people who they feel should be systematically excluded from T-groups: psychotics, characterologic neurotics, hysterics, and individuals in crisis. They express concern that not enough attention is being paid to the need for knowledgeable and experienced leaders for sensitivity training groups.Abstract Teaser
