Abstract

Advanced chronological age is no barrier to continued sexual activity, provided that opportunity is present. When it is absent, and sublimated activities are also denied, difficulties may arise. Often the older person's efforts to establish a contactual relationship are misinterpreted and rejected, the author believes, thus forcing him to regressed behavior.
