Abstract
This program illustrates the application of behavioral science knowledge to a center for urban migrants. The work of the center is preventive. Education in urban living takes place within a modified therapeutic community so as to promote learning at both the affective and cognitive level in order to prevent possible disorganization and regression which might result from a gross stress reaction precipitated by the migration.Abstract Teaser
