Abstract

As a recent visiting psychiatrist and consultant to the National Neuropsychiatric Hospital of Honduras, the author describes present facilities there for the treatment of mental illness and discusses plans in progress for improvement and expansion of psychiatric care, which have now reached a decisive stage.
