Abstract
A video tape recording of a diagnostic interview was presented for the first time in a court of law during a mental incompetency proceeding. The evidence was accepted by the court, thus establishing legal precedent. Possible objections to the use of this technique are discussed, along with how each could be overcome.Abstract Teaser
