Abstract
An unusual syndrome of drowsiness, unsteadiness and fine horizontal nystagmus is reported following the use of chlordiazepoxide and phenobarbital, which remitted upon cessation of barbiturate therapy. This suggests that therapies using more than one drug acting on the C.N.S. should be approached with caution.Abstract Teaser
