Abstract
Methaminodiazepoxide (Librium) was beneficial for 60% of obsessive compulsive patients and for about one-third of others suffering from chronic neuroses and/or depression. These benefits achieved by patients previously considered therapeutically unpromising indicate that this drug is a valuable addition to our armamentarium. In the dosage of 10 mgm. q.i.d. side effects were minimal.Abstract Teaser
